Biography: Elias Allen is Peace Corps TEFL Volunteer currently serving in Prizren. He previously served as a Peace Corps Volunteer with the Kosovo Serb community from 2019 to 2020. Elias graduated from the University of Oxford in 2017 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and he will attend Columbia University in the fall to pursue a masters degree in Balkan Studies
