The Summer Academy aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of students and young professionals in the fields of food science, agriculture, and the environment. Through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on workshops led by professors, industry experts, and partner organizations, participants will work on innovative solutions for sustainable food production, processing, and consumption.
The Academy offers a unique opportunity to analyze existing practices, identify areas for improvement, and build bridges of cooperation between academia and the private sector.
