TITLE: UBT Career Summer Academy

As part of the UBT GLOBAL FEST 2025, on July 16-17, the Career Center at UBT organizes the Summer Career Academy, a two-day program that aims to develop and strengthen the soft skills and professionalism of students and young people. This activity includes thematic lectures by various industry representatives, practical trainings and interactive activities, which provide in-depth knowledge on the demands and trends of the labor market. Participants have the opportunity to build professional networks and access concrete employment opportunities in the most well-known companies in the country.
Purpose of the Summer Career Academy
The main goal of the Academy is to prepare young people with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully integrate into the labor market. The program emphasizes the importance of developing communication skills, teamwork, time management and professional awareness. It also aims to create a platform for collaboration between students and the public and private sectors, facilitating connections to real career opportunities and encouraging continuous professional development.
