TITLE: MENTAL HYGIENE AND MINDFULNESS

The workshop will be dedicated to all participants (students) of all summer academies and will last 3 hours. The workshop can be attended by about 20-25 participants. In case there may be a high number of interested parties, the workshop will be repeated in different groups to meet the requirements of all interested parties.

The workshop will provide participants with knowledge about the main causes of stress and other psychological distress related to their daily lives and coping with difficulties and challenges. Participants will learn more about the concept of Mental Hygiene, and will gain basic skills to practice regular activities for its construction and maintenance. Through the exercises of relaxation techniques and Mindfulness, participants will gain as well as new skills to manage and overcome more effectively situations which may cause you psychological distress and spiritual suffering.

All students (participants) of all summer academies are encouraged to apply.
