TITLE: BALANCE OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE – ITS IMPORTANCE IN MANAGEMENT OF STRESS AT WORK

The workshop will be dedicated to all UBT staff, whether academic or administrative and will last 3 hours. The workshop can be attended by about 20-25 participants. In case there may be a high number of interested parties, the workshop will be repeated in different groups to meet the requirements of all interested parties.

The workshop will provide participants  knowledge about work stress, its main causes, and the ability to recognize the “triggers” of occupational stress. Through the exercises of relaxation techniques and Mindfulness, participants will gain new skills to manage stress more effectively, and to better maintain the balance of personal and professional life.

Academic and administrative staff of UBT and other universities/colleges can apply.
