TITLE: MY CARRER TARGET

Music as an art with special specifications has developed conditionally independent fields among themselves. Today’s developments in music production technology and the music industry are imposing a requirement for flexibility in the integration and market-sharing of the music scene. This year’s Summer Academy of the Faculty brings in particular outstanding scientific research and individual artistic achievements. Artists, creators, performers, researchers and music managers from many countries will bring their experiences, achievements, art and research results to MMPDM (Modern Music, Digital Production, Management) faculty students, and other participants. Attendees will be provided with special knowledge and experiences that will serve as specific knowledge and motivation for important professional creations and activities in art and culture.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Distinguish the socio-cultural elements that influence the development of the stage music career and the international labor market in the music industry
• To know the chronologically extreme notation systems used by Albanian music composers, and to become motivated for the incorporation of the new notation in their works in modern music
• Exercise the establishment of a music management company
• Deeply acquainted with modern technology and their application,
• Will gain a chronological overview of trending development and creativity in the pop, jazz genres
