TITLE: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION
The objectives and focus of the summer academy entitled ” Entrepreneurship and Innovation” within the “Global UBT Fest ” is to provide students and participants with knowledge and information about the nature of enterprises, focusing on the issues involved in starting and establishing a new enterprise-driven and based on innovation. The purpose of this focus is to provide a comprehensive and systematic understanding of current trends in management, entrepreneurship, and innovation to foster entrepreneurial processes.
Moreover, the organization of this academy will also prepare students to develop enterprises in a dynamic and competitive environment through strategic guidelines and approaches, referring to what the business environment is becoming less and less predictable. Therefore, the main purpose of this academy is to bring to students lecturers with a great scientific experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as proven businessmen in the field of business and entrepreneurship.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- To identify and analyze the potential for establishing a new enterprise;
- To understand and learn the role of strategies in performance increasing;
- To learn the impact of innovation as an opportunity for development and business support;
- To analyze the importance of internal processes to support innovation;
- To identify the role of marketing in the entrepreneurship field.
Target groups:
Bachelor students who are in their final year of study and Master’s students.
