TITLE: SUMMER ACADEMY OF JUSTICE
Time: 03-07 July
The main objective of the summer academy of justice is to develop a comprehensive knowledge of domestic violence, human trafficking and the role of the commercial court in Kosovo.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Understand the factors influencing Domestic Violence and human trafficking;
- Understand the main methods of combating and preventing domestic violence and human trafficking;
- Learn the types of rights of people implicated in domestic violence and human trafficking;
- Reintegration and re-socialization of people implicated in domestic violence and human trafficking;
- Learn about cooperation between institutions in combating domestic violence and human trafficking;
- Learn about law cases on the importance of establishing a Commercial Court in Kosovo;
- Understand the judicial aspects and function of this court;
Target groups:
Bachelor students of the Faculty of Law, Political Sciences, Security Sciences, Public Policy and Management and Media and Communication.
