Introduction – Overview

During the international festival “Global UBT Fest 2026”, the Faculty of Management, Business and Economics will organize the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Academy from 01.07.2026 to 10.07.2026. This summer academy is designed to develop students’ skills and knowledge on entrepreneurship and innovation, the module will include academic and professional lectures, as well as industry visits to explore and understand the development of innovation within enterprises. Students and attendees will also receive highly personalized knowledge to respond to real challenges during the creation of new enterprises in conditions of uncertainty and dynamic environment. During this summer school, lectures will also be offered in the form of training within the framework of the Micro Business game. Micro Business Training is a highly interactive module for all participants who want to learn in a practical way how to increase the success and sustainability of new and small enterprises. The main goal of the Small Business Game is to show how to effectively manage a small business, using an experience-based approach. Furthermore, this module is mandatory to successfully complete this summer academy.

This summer academy will bring together students and lecturers with exceptional experience in the field of economics and finance, who are proven nationally and internationally.Special importance will also be given to the industry sector, where lectures and sections directly related to the labor market will be offered. The MBE Faculty plans to organize this summer academy from 01.07.2026 to 10.07.2026.
